This afternoon I went for a trim and some highlights.  This was my first time going to someone new.  Rusty who has cut my hair forever (literally around 20 years) lives in Virginia.  He drove to NC to continue to cut hair for several years once a month but it just got to be too much.  Plus he opened his own salon in Virginia.   Anyway, today was my first day with Kelly and she did great!  I love the highlights and the cut.  She asked if she could straighten my hair and I said sure.  I really can't remember the last time I have had straight hair.  It takes forever and usually doesn't look that great.  But Kelly's technique looked pretty good if I do say so myself.  It just doesn't look like me!  She said she could blow it out for me whenever I wanted so it's kind of fun to maybe plan for a special event or something.  What do you think?

Saturday afternoon my sweet neighbors, friends, and family threw baby Sadie a shower!  The decorations were precious, the food was great, and we received a ton of gifts.  Sadie already has so many clothes that I am going to have to change her outfits several times a day just so she can wear everything!

We are getting closer and closer to baby girl's arrival and we have had a name picked out for a while.   Without further adieu... Baby girl's name is going to be Sadie Jane! Sadie just because we really like it and Jane after my grandmother who was Ruby Jane. Some baby girl things that I really love right now are... How cute right?  I have got to stay off of Etsy!

Will's preschool has a pumpkin patch at the church so on Tuesday they took the kids to pick out pumpkins, enjoy a hayride, and play games. 

Will had his first performance today at church.  His preschool class sang in front of the whole church.  They sang three songs and did so good! Look how handsome my little guy is!

Bryan carved some pumpkins this weekend.  We did a traditional pumpkin face and a Muno from Yo Gabba Gabba.  Will enjoyed it but I am pretty sure Bryan had the most fun!
