Today I took Will to eat lunch all by myself for the first time.  Honestly, I was very nervous about it because I just couldn't figure out the logistics to how it was going to work and I was unsure of how Will would behave.  He has always been good at eating out but I have always had someone with me to help with him and the food.   We went to Chick-fil-A which was perfect!  I ordered the food, they brought our food to us which was so helpful.  Will was so good and ate really well.  When I was finished, I loaded up our trash, left Will in the seat and just rolled him over to the trash cans with me.  It all went really smoothly and I think I could do it again. Will being silly at Chick-fil-A. After we left lunch, we went to Hobby Lobby to look around a bit.  We browsed through all the Christmas stuff, picked out a few things, and tried on these really cute reindeer antlers!  We didn't buy these but I did buy Will his first ornament that he...

Can you believe this little boy is already 18 months old? He smiles, laughs, and plays all the time. He will say everything these day which means we now have to be really careful!!! He still has the most amazing blue eyes and dimples. and he's done!!

Today Will had his first haircut.  I had an appointment to have my hair highlighted and trimmed so Nana brought Will over for a quick trim. Bebe came by too so she took the pictures for me. Beware:  My hair is a mess but this is just how it looks when it is all brushed out and wrapped in foil!  It looks like a lions mane! This is Rusty.  Rusty has been cutting my hair since I was a teenager and still cuts it today.  We have a very close relationship and I consider him a dear friend.    It was super special to me that he gave Will his first haircut! Before picture All trimmed up and excited!  Before we left Will said "Thank you Rusty!" Today was a lot fun! Today Will is also 18 months old.  Pictures are coming tomorrow!

Bryan has lost his chair! Will climbed up there all by himself for the first time.  He just hung out for a while and watched tv.   He's so funny these days!  

I love watching Will play especially when he decides to climb into a basket and read a book! My silly boy! This is what I got when I asked him to smile! Finally, a sweet smile!

I love Fall evenings and I love when my wonderful husband makes me a fire to enjoy.  There is nothing like sitting outside on a chilly evening enjoying a fire.  Will went to bed a little early tonight, so Bryan and I had fun hanging out on the patio tonight while he cooked us a steak.   The older I get, the more I love a quiet Saturday night at home.
